Emotional Intelligence Mastery

Corporations have been open about their employees learning EI or being hired with these much needed skills today. In order to interact in our world, we need fundamental skills like self awareness, motivation, empathy, social skills, and most importantly, the ability to self regulate. These are the 5 Pillars of Emotional Intelligence. We need to be able to function respectfully, effectively and happily in school, sports, families, life and at work. By Mastering Emotional Intelligence, we can reduce our stress, improve mental health, gain invincibility and naturally become more coachable, teachable and employable.  Each module brings athletes one step closer to a whole new perspective on life and a path to unstoppable success.

About the Instructor.

Larissa has created strategies, tips, procedures and protocols to help parents find routines that foster less tech-time. She hopes that her research will provide guidance to parents, coaches and school staff and help children refocus on listening and learning to become happy and thrive as adults. Larissa would like to encourage parents in listening to the medical experts and respecting the school boards’ ban on phones. She wholeheartedly believes that children need to take back their childhoods instead of spending it sitting inside on a phone. See how her suggestions can help your family.

What you’ll learn

If an athlete is to be an elite one, they must demonstrate exemplary Mental skills, Team IQ, Healthy Habits, have incredible Focus, and we teach them to be happy with themselves and their progress. Athletes who like themselves, happy supportive families and love what they play can be successful athletes. Teaching athletes mental skills is like giving them powerful skills with the added bonus of preventing phone addiction and mental health issues.

“Small changes, Big impact”

It took a while to get the entire team through all the material.  Once they all started to dicuss among themselves it was amazing to see how the team shared what they learned, what new strategies they were trying, what was working for them and what wasn’t.  Definitely worth it.
